Cast item will throw a steel hammer towards target and cause 2seconds stun, surrounded enemies will having 30% movement speed decreases, lasts 2 seconds. Hammer cast range is 1000, and cooldown time is 40seconds.

Note: Every respawn of Roshan and after killing it will increase the buff effect by 20 damage, 4 armor, 10 magic resistance, 80 mana points, 5% movement speed, 20% attack speed
